In the afternoon on July, 11th to the dispatcher of a municipal government of the Ministry of Emergency Measures the message that in Feodosia opposite to a beach «Scarlet sails» in the high sea carries the person on a mattress has arrived.

On rescue of the victim have sent a boat. Approximately on distance of 2 km from coast rescuers have lifted on a boat the man of 1982 of a birth, the inhabitant Belgorod. He has refused hospitalisation.
