In Feodosia the meeting against the grain terminal was held

On Monday at 10.00 townspeople who don't want building in the city of the grain terminal have gathered near the building of Feodosian executive committee.

They had headers with slogans: «We demanded to accept the bulk charter»,«No to terminal!»,«How much did the city cost?»,«Feodosia is the resort, instead of a grain dump» and begun the meeting.

The assistant to the mayor of Feodosia Igor Avrutsky, the secretary of the Feodosian City Council Alexander Vlasov went to people and tried to calm them down and answer their questions. However people patiently listened only to those who opposed buildings. Inhabitants wanted the mayor Alexander Bartenev, however, as has explained I.Avrutsky, the mayor was on holiday, had left to visit his mum.

The ataman of the Feodosian Cossack regiment of the International union of the Cossacks Jury Minih has suggested to gather every week on Mondays before the executive committee until officials will not refuse the building. Then cadets have brought up some the toy trucks filled with grain, and poured out them in the basin with water, on which was written «Feodosian bay». Some older persons began to approach to the basin and to strew grain aside executive committee doors, but they were stopped by militia.

After meeting the assistant to the mayor has held press conference on which has assured that before to begin the building of the grain terminal, officials will organise public hearings which will last to three Months.
