Summer residence of Stamboli will not be sold

Last year the mayor of Feodosia Alexander Bartenev said that the city might sell Dacha Stamboli. The chief of Feodosian Fund of municipal property Vladimir Savenko said, the question with sale of the object wasn't solved yet.

- The question is opened, opinions divided: at the same it is the symbol of the city and the main thing the sale purpose – under what as it will be to use? – has explained V.Savenko. – here certain restrictions, from here too will be imposed and it is necessary to search for buyers, not everyone can agree on such restrictions. And to lose it completely, that have hidden behind a high fence, the city on it will not go.

- Many specify that the facade of this building – in an unattractive kind, - was noticed by the correspondent of «Kafa».

- God grant, if affairs go better, the city at the expense of the means will restore it, will bring into accord, - Vladimir Nikolaevich has answered. – If to speak about facades on the former sanatorium «Rising» and at all to look terribly.
